Cara Cromwell

Cara Cromwell has more than twenty-five years of experience helping corporations, candidates, trade associations and coalitions accomplish their public affairs objectives. Most recently, she served on the communications team for both of Governor Charlie Baker’s winning campaigns and was transition spokesperson for Governor Gina Raimondo in 2014. Before launching Cromwell Public Affairs in 2005, Cara was a Vice President with Edelman in the Washington, D.C. office. She specialized in providing strategic counsel on state and federal issues campaigns and garnering third party support for client initiatives.

Cara graduated from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in History and Politics. She lives in Bristol, Rhode Island with her husband and two daughters and competes in Eventing with her horse, Viscount.
